Sullivan's Flat Out features fast drying characteristics in a medium black color to provide an essential step in the leg building process and contains an intense black pigment that will cover leg builders and provide additional build, texture and dimension. Its great coverage prevents color fade-out or leg builders from bleeding through without breaking down adhesives and powders. For final coloring, apply Sullivan's Black Out touch-up for best final color matching 284 gr.
